Volunteering with the One Woman Project is not just about what you can do for us (and the movement for global gender justice), but what we can do for you!

Support

  • Flexible leave policies: allowing you to take time off for everything from exams, self-care and community care, rallies and protests, or just for a break!

  • OWP Wealth Redistribution Fund: a fund providing financial support for volunteers to contribute to the movement

  • Social activities: including biweekly coffee & chats, monthly socials and more!

  • Working groups: temporary projects on everything from decolonisation of the organisation, to organising social activities, through to contacting schools

  • Caucuses: providing support for BIPOC/CALD volunteers, LGBTQIA+ volunteers, volunteers with a disability, volunteers wanting to challenge societal norms around bodies, gender-diverse volunteers and neurodiverse volunteers
